  • What is the Airport Address?

    SBD Fest is taking place south of the new intersection at Victoria Ave and 3rd Street in San Bernardino, CA.

  • Where can I buy tickets?

    • Tickets are required for entry.
    • Click HERE to take advantage of pre-sale discounts.
      • GA Adult ticket (ages 13 and over) just $10
      • GA Children (ages 12 and under) and active military with ID are free
    • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable for any reason.
  • Event Hours

    Saturday, November 2, 2018 from 11:30 pm to 8:30 pm

    Sunday, November 3, 2019 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm


    • All bags will be searched upon entry.
    • Small chairs, umbrellas, blankets and towels for seating are allowed and encouraged.
    • Factory sealed water bottles. All other liquids are prohibited.
    • Small purses or fanny packs
    • Cameras and/or camcorders with "small" camera bags
    • Diaper bags
    • Baby strollers
    • Wheelchairs, canes, guide/working dogs to assist disabled individuals

    • NO illegal drugs
    • NO club colors or gang affiliated attire
    • NO laser pens or pointers
    • NO other outside food, drinks, alcohol or coolers will be allowed in the event.
    • NO bikes, skateboards, scooters or other recreational transportation is allowed inside the venue.
    • NO pop-up canopies/tents allowed.
    • NO animals other than certified service animals with proper paperwork
  • Private Aircraft Parking, NOTAMs and TFRs

    Parking will be available at Luxivair SBD, and the general aviation ramp for tenants and transient pilots.


    A Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) will be in place on Friday, November 2, 2018 through Sunday, November 4, 2018.  The Airport will be open to all aircraft during time periods outside of the TFR.

  • Handicap Accommodations

    Yes, handicap parking will be available in a designated lot with close access to the main festival area. Please display your handicap parking placard prominently so the parking ushers can direct you appropriately.

  • Will beer be served at the event?

    Beer will be sold and consumed within the festival area only and cannot be taken past the gates.


    Tickets for beer can be purchased at beer concession stands. Beer tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, including unused beer tickets. Beer cannot be taken out of SBD Fest. Beer service will cease 1 hour prior to the conclusion of SBD Fest.


    All guests seeking to purchase beer tickets will be required to present valid identification and wear the provided wristband. Please ensure your ID is a valid, current US-issued drivers' license, identification card, military ID, or passport. Temporary or expired identification will not be accepted.

  • What should I wear?

    • Please check the weather report before attending SBD Fest.
    • Expect it to be sunny  and hot for the majority of the day.
    • Hats, personal umbrellas and sunscreen are encouraged.
  • Can I bring a pop up tent/canopy?

    No tents/canopies are allowed. Personal umbrellas are permitted.

  • Parking

    Parking is FREE at SBD Fest!


    RV and BUS parking is not available at SBD Fest

  • Shuttle Service

    Shuttle service is not planned at this time.

  • Can I leave and re-enter the event?

    Yes. Be sure to have your hand stamped by an attendant before exiting if you plan to re-enter.

  • Are cameras and video recorders allowed?

    • Yes, you may bring cameras and video recorders into the show for personal use.
    • Commercial photographers require an assignment from a verifiable media outlet and press credentials.
    • Keep in mind that EVERYTHING is subject to search.
  • Bleacher Seating

    No. We do not have bleacher seating at the show.

  • Is there shade?

    No. Please plan accordingly. Hand-held umbrellas are allowed Please note, pop-up canopies are not permitted.


    VIP ticket options are available which include shade. Please visit the ticket page for options.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Sorry, there are no pets allowed except for service animals (seeing eye dogs, etc.)

  • How does a vendor receive permission to sell food/wares?

  • Will the show be televised?

    Currently there are no plans for the show to be recorded to be shown at a later date. The show will not be broadcast live.

  • How do I get a media pass for the show?

    Media passes are only available to credentialed media. Contact Amber Casarez at (909) 382-6068 or

  • What happens if it rains?

    In the event of rain some flying demonstrations may be delayed or postponed, however, unless the weather poses serious threat to the safety of the performers, visitors and participants, the show will proceed as scheduled with some modifications.

  • Where can I stay overnight?

    There are a number of hotels near SBD International Airport. Click here to search the surrounding area.
